企业战略演化观是企业战略理论研究领域中的一个重要流派。20世纪80年代以来，企业战略演化观获得了极大的丰富和发展，并在企业战略理论体系中占据了极其重要的地位，这大致可以归功于三种理论学派的基础作用：演化经济学的促进与整合；生物进化论的影响与嫁接；传统战略理论的反思与发展。企业战略演化观为企业战略理论研究提供了一个新的视角。

Abstract:

The evolutionary view of strategic management is an important scool in the field of study on strategic management. Since 1980s, it has made great progress and configured the more perfect theory framework. This has mainly been attributed to three kinds of theories: the evolutionary economics, the biology, and the developing theory of strategic management.
