The Economics Analysis and Solution to the Problems in the Issuing of and Application for National Student Loans

国家助学贷款是运用金融手段支持教育，资助经济困难学生顺利完成学业的重要方式，实施六年来取得了显著的成效，但仍然陷入供求两难的困境。本文试图从经济学的视角分析国家助学贷款运行机制的内在矛盾，并提出相应的解决方法。

Abstract:

National student loans are an important form of the government's effort to apply financial means to support education and assist poverty-stricken college students to finish their college education. It has made remarkable achievement since its implementation six years ago. But now it gets into a situation that both its issuing and application are facing difficulties. This paper tries to make an economics analysis of the internal controversy in the operating mechanism of national student loans and puts forward relevant solution.
