区际开放与劳动力区际流动——浙江与广东的比较研究

Inter-regional Opening and Inter-regional Labor Mobility——A Comparison of Zhejiang Province and Guangdong Province

摘要:

改革开放以来，浙江和广东经济都得到了迅速发展，但两省省际劳动力流动却显．现出不同态势，主要表现在省际劳动力的流向、文化素质构成以厦职业分布等方面。本文从两省经济开放路径的差异性入手，通过比较两省投资主体的差异、工业化模式的差异以厦专业化分工的不同，分析促使劳动力流动的深层次因素，为两省劳动力流动的不同态势作合理地解释。

Abstract:

Since the reform and openness, Zhejiang and Guangdong have achieved rapid development of their economy. But inter-regional labor mobility follow different pattern between Zhejiang Province and Guangdong Province, mainly in the direction of inter-province labor mobility, level of edueation and the distribution of occupations of immigration. This paper begins from the different path of the eCOnomic openness between the two provinces. Through comparing the difference in main investor, industrialization path and specialization between the two provinces, we analysis the more profound reasons which impel the labor mobility and make some reasonable explanation of labor mobility differences of the two provinces.
