Abstract:

In the paper, it is summarized the fundamental characteristics of information. The relations on the information, the information system and the socialist harmonious society are also expatiated on. It points out that the establishment of the harmonious information society is the important breakthrough of the establishment of the socialist harmonious society. It makes some suggestions on how to strengthen the information functions in order to promote the establishment and development of socialist harmonious society.
