界面管理是企业管理创新研究的新趋向，动态联盟是近年来企业组织关系中最重要的制度创新，本文将界面管理概念引入动态联盟组织模式中，分析了影响动态联盟界面整合的四个关键要素，并简要地指出了动态联盟界面管理有待进一步深入的研究方向。

Abstract:

Interface management is an emerging research trend in the study of enterprise innovation management. Dynamic alliance is a newly the most important systematic transform in the relationship between enterprise, in this article ,interface management concept was introduced in the dynamic alliance organization , then analyzed the influence of the four dynamic alliance interface integrated essential factors, And the future research orientations in this field are predicated by author.
