Prospects of Integrative Rural Reformation for the 15th Five-year——Instance of Anhui

摘要:

近年来，中央和各地针对农村出台了一系列的改革举措和惠农政策，对农民增收和农村发展起到了一定的促进作用。但要从根本上解决“三农”问题，还有赖于推进农村全面改革，统筹城乡经济社会发展。本文以农业大省安徽为例，总结前期农村改革的实践经验，撂求下一步农村改革之路。

Abstract:

A series of reformative measures and peasant favored policies promulgated by central and local authorities, aiming at rural area has, to a certain extent, increased peasants' income and promoted the development of country. However, the fundamental solution of the 3 rural problems relies much on the promotion of complete rural reformation and overall development of city and country. This paper summarizes, with the example of Anhui province, its previous experience and probes into the next step of rural reformation.
