随着服务在社会经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色,服务导向的研究成为学术界和业界关注的焦点.本文分别从个体水平与组织水平两个层面对服务导向的研究进行了系统的综述,并对未来的研究方向提出建议.

Abstract:

As the importance of the service in the world economy has been continuously increasing, service orientation became one of the pertinent research focuses. This paper comprehensively reviewed the previous research on service orientation both in individual and organizational level, and then discussed the direction of future research in this field.
