颠覆性数字创新是数字经济背景下企业取得核心竞争优势的重要抓手,对解决我国关键核心技术“卡脖子”问题和践行数字创新战略具有重要意义,但现有文献主要停留在现象观察、经验梳理以及个别化、碎片化的影响因素研究阶段,亟待从理论层面对其进行系统梳理。本文首先呈现了颠覆性数字创新研究的整体概况与现有研究关注点,提炼了颠覆性数字创新的概念内涵,并将其与颠覆性创新、数字创新进行概念辨析；其次,探讨了颠覆性数字创新的影响因素、过程机理,归纳了颠覆性数字创新在用户体验、组织绩效和社会价值方面的结果效应,并构建了颠覆性数字创新的I-P-O整合研究框架；最后,结合当前颠覆性数字创新研究中存在的空白,提出了未来应探索颠覆性数字创新的多维影响因素及其交互作用、扩展颠覆性数字创新的复杂过程机理及其影响效应、拓展中国数字化情境下颠覆性数字创新的机制检验与路径设计等未来研究方向,为后续开展颠覆性数字创新研究提供了思路和参考。

Abstract:

Summary: Disruptive digital innovation is an important starting point for enterprises to obtain core competitive advantages under the background of digital economy, and it is of great significance for solving the "stuck neck" problem of key core technologies in China and implementing digital innovation strategy. However, existing literature mainly stays in the stage of phenomenon observation, experience combing, and research on the influencing factors of individualization and fragmentation, and needs to be systematically sorted out from the theoretical level. This paper first presents the overall overview and existing research concerns of disruptive digital innovation, refines the conceptual connotation of disruptive digital innovation, and distinguishes it from disruptive innovation and digital innovation. Secondly, the paper discusses the antecedents and process mechanisms of disruptive digital innovation, summarizes the effects of disruptive digital innovation on user experience, organizational performance and social value, and constructs the I-P-O integrated research framework of disruptive digital innovation. Finally, combined with the gaps in the current research on disruptive digital innovation, this paper proposes future research prospects such as exploring the multi-dimensional influencing factors and their interactions of disruptive digital innovation, expanding the complex process mechanism and influence effect of disruptive digital innovation, and expanding the mechanism test and path design of disruptive digital innovation in China"s digital context. It provides ideas and references for subsequent research on disruptive digital innovation.
