生态场域创业孵化能力的形成与演化——来自海创汇的纵向案例研究

The formation and evolution of business incubation ability in the ecological field：longitudinal case study from Haichuanghui

摘要:

以海尔集团数字化创业服务平台海创汇为研究对象，展开纵向案例分析，按照“触发—催化—聚合”的分析框架，深入探讨智能制造核心企业生态场域创业孵化能力的形成机理与演化模型。研究表明，智能制造核心企业依托数字化创业服务平台，在数字大模型与数字供应链构建的超网络结构嵌入，以及价值网络与生态联盟构成的超网络关系嵌入的触发下，实现生态共同体的构建，进而促进创业信息资源、创业经营资源、创业制度资源拼凑的催化。通过最大化释放生态势能，孵化聚合生成生态场域创业机会识别能力、创业知识整合能力、创业协同治理能力，从而支撑母体企业平台生态场域的“孵化创客”、跨行业平台生态场域的“加速服务”、跨区域平台生态场域的“共生共享”。本研究为我国智能制造核心企业生态场域创业孵化能力培育提供了经验依据和战略思维，为后续理论研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:

Aiming at HaiChuanghui(HCH), the digital entrepreneurship service platform of Haier Group, this paper conducts vertical case analysis, follows the analysis framework of "trigger-catalysis-aggregation", and deeply discusses the formation mechanism and evolution model of the ecological field entrepreneurship incubation capacity of the ecological field of intelligent manufacturing core enterprises. The result shows that the intelligent manufacturing core enterprises relying on digital business service platform, under the trigger of super network structure embedding built by digital model and digital supply chain , and super network structure embedding built by value network and ecological alliance , realize the construction of ecological community, and promote entrepreneurial information resources, business resources, business system of catalysis. By maximizing the release of ecological potential energy, incubate, aggregate, and generate ecological field entrepreneurial opportunity identification capacity, entrepreneurial knowledge integration capacity and entrepreneurial collaborative management capacity, so as to support t"incubation of creators" in the ecological field of the parent enterprise platform, the "acceleration service" in the ecological field of the cross-industry platform, and the " symbiosis and sharing" in the ecological field of the cross-regional platform .This study provides empirical basis and strategic thinking for the cultivation of entrepreneurial incubation capacity of core intelligent manufacturing enterprises in China, and lays a foundation for subsequent theoretical research.
