实数融合与企业创新商业价值实现

促进实体经济与数字经济深度融合是推动实体经济转型升级、抢占国际竞争制高点的重要途径。实数融合强调“以实为基、以数辅实”,立足实体经济,通过数字技术对传统产业进行全方位、全角度、全链条的改造,能够推动生产方式、创新方式的深刻变革。创新商业价值实现是企业持续创新的动力源泉,是营造良好创新生态环境的根本所在。深入研究实数融合对企业创新商业价值实现的作用效果和作用机制,对现阶段推动实体经济高质量发展、增强企业核心竞争力与国际话语权具有重要现实意义。基于创新价值链的思想,通过随机前沿模型衡量企业创新商业价值实现,并以2013—2023 年中国A 股上市公司为研究对象,实证检验实数融合对企业创新商业价值实现的影响。研究结果表明,实数融合显著推动企业创新商业价值实现。机制分析表明,实数融合通过提升数据要素利用水平、优化供应链效率及提升敏捷响应度来促进企业创新商业价值实现。异质性分析发现,在高新技术行业、知识产权保护水平较高、数字基础设施建设水平较高及营商环境较好地区,实数融合对企业创新商业价值实现的促进作用更加显著。研究结论对如何通过实数融合促进企业创新商业价值实现提供了理论支持与政策启示。

Abstract:

Promoting the Integration of the Real Economy and the Digital Economy is an important approach to drive the transformation and upgrading of the real economy and seize the commanding heights of international competition. The Integration of the Real Economy and the Digital Economy emphasizes "taking the real economy as the foundation and the digital economy as the support". Based on the real economy, comprehensive, all-angle and whole-chain transformation of traditional industries is carried out through digital technologies, which can promote profound changes in production modes and innovation modes.The Realization of Business Value through Enterprise Innovation is the source of motivation for enterprises’ sustainable innovation and the fundamental for creating a sound innovation ecological environment. In-depth research on the effect and mechanism of the Integration of the Real Economy and the Digital Economy on the Realization of Business Value through Enterprise Innovation is of great practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of the real economy, enhancing enterprises’ core competitiveness and international discourse power at the current stage.The Realization of Business Value through Enterprise Innovation was measured by the stochastic frontier model based on the idea of the innovation value chain. Chinese A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2023 were taken as the research objects, and the impact of the Integration of the Real Economy and the Digital Economy on the Realization of Business Value through Enterprise Innovation was empirically tested.The research results show that the Integration of the Real Economy and the Digital Economy significantly promotes the Realization of Business Value through Enterprise Innovation; Mechanism analysis shows that the Integration of the Real Economy and the Digital Economy promotes the Realization of Business Value through Enterprise Innovation by improving the utilization level of data elements, optimizing supply chain efficiency and enhancing agile responsiveness; Heterogeneity analysis finds that the promoting effect of the Integration of the Real Economy and the Digital Economy on the Realization of Business Value through Enterprise Innovation is more significant in high-tech industries, regions with better intellectual property protection, higher level of digital infrastructure construction and better business environment.The above conclusions provide theoretical support and policy enlightenment for how to promote the Realization of Business Value through Enterprise Innovation by the Integration of the Real Economy and the Digital Economy.
