    摘要:

    数字化与绿色化“双化协同”转型是适应技术环境新变革、塑造新竞争优势的必由之路。利用中国2011~2023年284个地级市面板数据,构建非线性模型、曲线调节效应模型和偏线性函数系数模型,探讨数字化对绿色持续创新的影响以及“本地-邻近”环境规制的非线性调节作用。研究发现:(1)数字化对绿色持续创新的影响呈现先促进后抑制的倒U型特征,即“数字驱动”和“数字诅咒”双重效应先后出现,研究期内我国绝大部分城市数字化转型未达到拐点,数字化对绿色持续创新的驱动效应占主导,数字化与绿色化“双化协同”发展态势较好;此结论在稳健性检验后依然成立;(2)“本地-邻近”环境规制在数字化与绿色持续创新关系间具有非线性调节机制,本地环境规制会提升数字化对绿色持续创新及其子维度创新的双重效应,导致倒U型曲线变陡峭、曲线拐点左移;地理邻近环境规制仅使本地数字化与策略性绿色持续创新之间倒U型曲线变陡峭,经济地理邻近环境规制则可使本地数字化与绿色持续创新及实质性绿色持续创新之间倒U型曲线变陡峭;(3)偏线性函数系数模型结果进一步验证了“本地-邻近”环境规制对数字化的双重效应存在非线性调节效应。

    Abstract:

    The synergistic transformation of digitalization and greening ("dual-integration") is an essential pathway to adapt to new technological and environmental changes and shape new competitive advantages. Using panel data from 284 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2023, this study constructs nonlinear models, curvilinear moderation effect models, and partial linear function coefficient models to investigate the impact of digitalization on green persistent innovation and the nonlinear moderating role of "local-proximity" environmental regulations. The findings reveal that: (1) The impact of digitalization on green persistent innovation exhibits an inverted U-shaped characteristic of initial promotion followed by suppression, manifesting as the sequential emergence of both "digital drive" and "digital curse" effects. During the study period, the digital transformation level in the vast majority of Chinese cities had not yet reached the inflection point, with the driving effect of digitalization on green persistent innovation remaining dominant. The synergistic development of digitalization and greening ("dual-integration") demonstrated a favorable trend. These findings remain robust after rigorous testing;(2) "Local-proximity" environmental regulations exhibit a nonlinear moderating mechanism in the relationship between digitalization and green persistent innovation. Local environmental regulations amplify the dual effects of digitalization on both green persistent innovation and its sub-dimensional innovations, resulting in a steeper inverted U-shaped curve and a leftward shift of the inflection point. Geographically proximate environmental regulations only steepen the inverted U-shaped curve between digitalization and strategic green persistent innovation, while economically and geographically proximate environmental regulations steepen the inverted U-shaped curves between digitalization and both green persistent innovation and substantive green persistent innovation; (3) The results from the partial linear function coefficient model further confirm that "local-proximity" environmental regulations nonlinearly moderate the dual effects of digitalization.
