Abstract:Against the backdrop of accelerating the construction of a unified national market, the transfer of domestic industries is of great practical significance for achieving the rational allocation of production factors, the "supporting role" of low-technology industries, ensuring the integrity and security of the industrial chain, and enhancing the resilience of the supply chain. Based on this, this paper regards the establishment of industrial transfer demonstration zones as a "quasi-natural experiment". Based on the data of 259 listed companies in cities from 2008 to 2023, it uses a multi-period DID model to analyze the effect and path of this policy in promoting the resilience of supply chains. The research finds that industrial undertaking significantly promotes the improvement of the resilience of enterprise supply chains, and it remains reliable after multi-dimensional robustness tests. Path research has found that industrial undertaking enhances the resilience of enterprise supply chains by improving innovation capabilities, promoting information sharing, and maintaining the stability of supply and demand. Heterogeneity studies have found that the impact of industrial undertaking on the resilience of enterprise supply chains varies significantly among enterprise ownership, supply chain location, industry economic characteristics, and the degree of regional market segmentation. The research conclusion not only provides a new perspective for effectively enhancing the resilience of enterprise supply chains, but also offers decision-making inspiration for China to coordinate the release of the vitality of heterogeneous factors in different regions, maintain the stability of the modern economic system, and promote high-quality economic development in a sound manner.
