阐述了延迟策略中客户订单分离点的内涵,分析了已有延迟策略绩效评价模型的局限性,研究了把平衡积分卡引入供应链延迟策略来改善供应链绩效的方法.最后,以供应链运作为纬线,平衡积分卡四层面因果关系为经线,通过实证研究验证了该评价方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:

This paper describes the content of customer order decoupling point of postponement, analysis the limitations of performance evaluation model on postponement existed, studies how to introduce the Balanced Scorecard to postponement to improve supply chain performance, finally, based on supply chain operations for the latitude and the Balanced Scorecard for the longitude, an empirical study to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method.
