    当前,科技创新和产业创新融合发展、同频共振,是发展新质生产力的一体两翼。基于熵值法与耦合协调度模型构建综合评价体系,测度中国31个省份(因数据缺失,不包括港澳台地区)2012—2023年科技创新与产业创新融合发展水平,并借助Dagum基尼系数分解、Kernel密度估计、Moran’s I指数及空间收敛模型,探讨二者融合发展水平的区域差异、时空演化及收敛性特征。研究发现:中国科技创新与产业创新融合发展水平总体呈逐年增长的时间趋势和“东高西低”的空间特征;二者融合发展水平的区域差距呈现不断上升态势,东部地区区域内差距最大,东部与西部地区区域间差距最大,总体差异主要来源于区域间差异;整体融合水平由低值的相对分散向高值的高度集聚变化,非均衡性明显上升,中部、西部和东北地区均出现多极化特征;正向空间聚集效应显著,全国及四大区域均存在绝对β收敛和条件β收敛。研究有助于明晰中国科技创新与产业创新融合现状,高效配置创新发展资源,优化经济结构、增强发展协调性,为构建新发展格局提供有力支撑。

    Abstract:

    At present, the integration and development of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, along with their same-frequency resonance, are regarded as the two wings for the development of new productive forces. A comprehensive evaluation system was constructed based on the entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model to measure the level of integrated development of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation in 31 provinces of China ( Due to the lack of data, the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province. ) from 2012 to 2023. Then, the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition, Kernel density estimation, Moran’s I index, and spatial convergence model were used to explore the regional differences, spatiotemporal evolution, and convergence characteristics of the integration development level of the two. It is found that the level of integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation in China is generally increasing year by year, showing spatial characteristics of “ high in the east and low in the west”. The regional gap in the integration development level showed a rising trend. The gap within the eastern region was the largest, and the gap between the eastern and western regions was also the largest. The overall difference mainly came from regional disparities. The overall integration level changed from relative dispersion of low values to high concentration of high values, the imbalance increased obviously, and multi-polarization characteristics appeared in the central, western, and northeastern regions. The positive spatial aggregation effect is significant, and absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence existed in the whole country and the four major regions. Consequently, the current situation of the integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation in China is clarified. Efficient allocation of innovative development resources, optimization of the economic structure, and enhancement of development coordination, and strong support for the construction of a new development pattern are thus provided.
