产学研联盟对“小巨人”企业基于科学的创新影响研究——融通创新视角

基于科学的创新是由前沿科学知识推动的创新，专精特新“小巨人”企业因其在创新链中的重要地位，如何实现基于科学的创新成为值得关注的焦点问题。本文基于融通创新视角，结合知识基础观，将产学研联盟界定为融通创新的核心组织载体，重点考察其对专精特新“小巨人”企业基于科学的创新的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明，参与产学研联盟显著提升专精特新“小巨人”企业的基于科学的创新水平，并且主要通过提升知识搜索广度予以实现，政府研发补贴强度也能够正向调节产学研联盟与基于科学的创新之间的促进效应。异质性分析进一步显示，上述促进效应在民营企业、战略性新兴产业企业以及商帮文化发源地企业中更为显著。研究结论揭示了融通创新视角下产学研联盟对基于科学的创新的影响逻辑，拓展了微观层面基于科学的创新的相关研究，为专精特新“小巨人”企业发挥创新主体地位，提升其产业链协同配套和补链强链能力提供了有益启示。

Abstract:

Science-based innovation is defined as innovation driven by frontier scientific knowledge, and SRDI "Little Giant" enterprises occupy a key position in the innovation chain. Adopting a Co-Innovation perspective and drawing on the Knowledge-Based View, this paper conceptualized Industry-University-Research alliances as the core organizational vehicle of Co-Innovation, and examined their impact on Science-based Innovation in SRDI "Little Giant" enterprises as well as the underlying mechanisms.It is found that IUR alliance participation significantly raises the level of science-based innovation, mainly through an expanded breadth of knowledge search, and government R&D subsidy intensity positively moderates the alliance–innovation link; the alliance effect is stronger for private enterprises, strategic emerging-industry firms, and firms located in birthplaces of traditional business-clan culture. The influence mechanism of IUR alliance on science-based innovation is clarified under the co-innovation framework, micro-level research on science-based innovation is extended, and practical guidance is provided for SRDI "Little Giant" enterprises to strengthen their innovation leadership and to improve supply-chain coordination and resilience.
